Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Tickles! We want you to be happy with your purchase, so returns and exchanges meeting the conditions below will be accepted. This policy applies to all preorder and in stock online purchases. 
Returns:
We hope you love everything you order, but in case you don’t, you may return any product purchased on www.weartickles.com within 14 days from the date of shipment for a full refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 
The returns must be in original packaging, unused (unworn, unwashed, un-altered). Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Along with the returned item(s), include your name, email address, order number and reason for return.

      Refunds:
      Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
      Shipping:
      Customers will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning the item. 
      Exchanges:
      To serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. To ensure you get the product you need, simply place a new order. As soon as we receive your return, we’ll refund your original method of payment.
      Editing Address/Canceling Order:
      If you inputted the wrong address or would like to cancel an order please notify us (info@weartickles.com) within 5 hours of placing the order. If packages are returned to Tickles LLC. due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Tickles LLC. is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
      Lost or Stolen Packages:
      Tickles LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Tickles LLC. will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
      No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.
