Where do your items ship from?

We ship from our headquarters located in New York City within 24-72 hours, Monday through Friday. During holidays, restocks, and new launches, we can experience a small delay.

 Do you accept returns?

Tickles will gladly accept returns. Please visit our Returns Policy page for more details.

Do you accept exchanges?

We currently do not accept exchanges. If you need a different size, color, etc, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo and all major credit cards. 

About Coupon Codes

All coupon codes must be rendered at checkout. One coupon code per transaction. You cannot stack multiple coupons or combine them in a single transaction.

Are garments GOTS certified?

All of our organic cotton apparel is produced according the to Global Organic Textiles Standard (GOTS). The GOTS certification ensures that all steps of the manufacturing process, from raw materials to the product reaching you, are environmentally and socially responsible. 

What is Organic cotton? What are the benefits?

Organic cotton is grown without herbicides, pesticides or any other harmful chemicals that are harmful for the environment, the farmers, and for your baby!
